Dark red color, very intense and complex on the nose. Memories of ripen dark fruits on a base of spicy with licorice in evidence. Robust in the mouth but at the sametime smooth with silky tannins, very long finish.
Food pairings: Pesanella makes an excellent accompaniment to roasted or boiled red and white meats and game dishes.

Description and remarks | |
Pesanella is an exceptional wine for meditation. It is made in limited quantities from grapes originating from our vineyards situated in the municipality of Radda in Chianti. After a careful selection made at the time of harvest, the grapes belonging to the varieties used to make Pesanella undergo separate vinification. After the fermentation process is completed, the wines are stored oak barrels. |
