Tasting notes | |
Made by 100% Sangiovese grape, the wine is kept in contact together with the skins for about 3 hours, the necessary time to extract part of the colour and structure from them, after this peels are separated by the juce which keeps on fermenting without any further contact with them. Serve at 8-10 degrees in combination with ham, salami sea food soups and fresh cheeses. Very nice even as an aperitive in the summer time. |
